Design Partner Program

Work directly with the Gateco team as we build the retrieval governance platform. Priority support, early feature access, and a direct line to the product roadmap.

What the design partner program is

The Gateco design partner program is a structured early-access relationship for enterprise teams that want to work closely with us as we build the retrieval governance platform. Design partners get priority implementation support, direct input on the product roadmap, early access to features before general availability, and a dedicated engineering contact at Gateco.

In return, we ask design partners to share regular feedback on their deployment experience, participate in occasional product interviews, and, where they are comfortable, allow us to reference their use case. Attribution is negotiated individually and entirely on their terms: anonymized or named, whichever works for them.

What design partners get

Priority implementation pilot support

Design partners go to the front of the queue for the implementation pilot program. Dedicated engineering support from day one.

Direct access to the engineering team

A private channel with the Gateco engineers handling your connector type and use case. Real answers, not support tickets.

Early access to upcoming features

Advanced audit export, SIEM connectors, and L4 chunk-level policy metadata tooling before they reach general availability.

Co-design sessions

Regular sessions where we work through the features that matter most to your deployment, with your production constraints on the table.

Reference architecture documentation

Custom architecture documentation for your exact stack: connector type, identity provider, and policy model.

Optional partner listing

If you are comfortable with it, we will list your organization as a Gateco design partner. Logos and case studies are negotiated on your terms, entirely optional.

Who we are looking for

We are selectively working with engineering teams at mid-to-large organizations (Series B and above, or established enterprises) that are deploying AI copilots or agent workflows against internal data, have an existing vector database and identity provider already in place, and face real regulatory or security requirements around data access.

The industries we work best with today: financial services, healthcare, SaaS platforms with enterprise customers, and government contractors. These are contexts where access control is not optional and where a data breach or policy bypass has real consequences.

We are not accepting consumer-product teams or teams that have not yet decided on a vector database. The program is designed for teams that are close to deployment, not teams in early exploration.

Current status

We are currently working with a small cohort of design partners. We accept new partners on a rolling basis as capacity allows. If you apply and we cannot take you in the current cohort, we will add you to the waiting list and reach out when the next cohort opens. We respond to all applications within 2 business days.

Apply

Tell us what you are building and where you are in the deployment timeline. We review applications on a rolling basis.
