Gateco Is Now in the Okta Integration Network

Gateco is now available in the Okta Integration Network, Okta's catalog of certified integrations. If your organization runs Okta, you can add Gateco directly from the OIN catalog and start provisioning users and groups into your permission-aware retrieval layer without building a custom SCIM app.

What this means for Okta customers

Until now, connecting Okta provisioning to Gateco meant configuring a generic SCIM 2.0 app by hand: entering the base URL, choosing the auth mode, and enabling each provisioning feature individually. With the OIN listing, you search for "Gateco" in the Okta Admin Console, add the app, and paste a single bearer token. Okta pre-fills the rest.

The integration is push based and covers the full workforce lifecycle. Assign a user in Okta and they appear as a policy-evaluated principal in Gateco within seconds. Deactivate them and their retrieval access closes immediately. Push a group and its membership becomes available to policy conditions; rename the group in Okta and the new name propagates to every member and every policy reference in Gateco.

Certification matters here. The listing passed Okta's SCIM 2.0 SPEC conformance suite and manual QA, which exercise the edge cases that generic SCIM setups often miss: pagination semantics, filtered lookups, deactivation via PATCH, group push, and group rename.

How to get started

SCIM provisioning is available on Growth and Enterprise plans. Create a provisioning-only Okta identity provider in Gateco, generate a SCIM bearer token, then add the Gateco app from the OIN catalog and paste the token.
